Return Eligibility

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and resellable.
  • Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, and intimate items, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Prepare Your Package: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return. Ensure all original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
  3. Shipping: Please send the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
